After long searching on the internet, i found what crash it was : it was a SU-30MKI and not a SU-35 and it crashed at LBG in 1999.

I have some info about this crash in a magazine but have to search for it this weekend , I know it happened in '99 when I went to Le Bourget too but didn't saw it happening as it happened on a weekday and not on a public day , and I know the pilot didn't managed it to get out of his loop/rolls , the plane touched the runway and took off again but it was already on fire , seconds after the pilots ejected the plane came down near the runway and exploded , I also remember the photos showing the USAF F16 pilot standing next to it's plane and staring at the crashing Sukhoi Sadly this was a protoype and the pilot's fault this plane crashed
