Heyhey, De VS gaan herschikkingen doorvoeren in hun strijdkrachten... Mogelijk heeft dit gevolgen voor Kleine Brogel... Zou dit echt een sluiting van de basis kunnen betekenen?? greetz, Wim www.wafp.tk

Let's hope this won't happen but if I have to choose between Kleine Brogel and Florennes , then I prefer Florennes stays and Kleine Brogel to be closed , because first at all Florennes is much closer to my home and Florennes has the TLP ;D

i personaly don't think it wil comme to a closure of KB. first, lot of people work there, and they already had they're chare of social disasters in Limburg, so local politicians won't let it come that far. and second ; only 1 interceptor airbase in Belgium ?? that's realy concentrating your power on one place,..... we tried that before in 1940....... and then there is the eternal Belgian communotary question ; if there's a airpower base in Walonie, there has to be one in Flanders too, i know it's ridicule, but that's the way this land works.

I have to agree with Vonsmalhausen. Flanders 1, Waloon 1. And even if the US would take their B-61's out of there, like the whole AB is based and centered aroud that?? What about the QRA, the OCU and the A-A and A-G capabilities of 349 and 31, all not important? The mayor of Peer forgets about the multiple tasks the sqn's have their, he should inform better before giving such statements on tv!
