Friends, As already mentioned some time ago , I'm working on a complete new php website with integrated photo gallery and forum. My problem is I can't get access to the database of this forum so the day my new website will be online I will ask all (active) members of this forum to register on the new one , this means also that all past posts on this forum will be lost. Will you all do the effort to change to move to the new forum or not? Feel free to let me know what you think about this The new website won't be online before the end of this year so this forum will still be active for some time...

Hey Fabke, Just an idea Maybe you can, as soon as your new website is online, lock all topics of this forum, but keep them online for a certain period of time (a few months or maybe longer). So all the posts still can be viewed, but for new topics/posts the members must use the new website. In this way you can create a "transitional period": on one hand the new forum is building up, and on the other hand one can still consult the old forum. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new site annex new forum. Greetz, Jumbo

Greetz, Jumbo Thanks , that's what I wanted to do , I won't close this forum , only lock it There are too many nice moments we had on this one to erase them all. I hope all (active) members will make the move

Count me in mate. Let us now the day that we can log in @ the new forum Succes, FB Thanks , I'll certainly let you know The site is taking form now after some nights of hard work ;D Won't make you curious but all I can say now is that the new website will be very interactive , beside the forum there will be also a shoutbox , some kind of chat box which will be online visible for registered users Another interesting thing will be a calendar with all events on for 2006 , this calendar can be seen by day , month , year , ... That's all I can tell by now , I'll keep you all informed on the further development of the new site , until then , keep on posting on this forum
