Thx. Wetter was crap in the moring but turned out pretty good after 14.00 hrs. Still with lots of humidity in the air. First time I was there: very good photo possibilities, sun in the back all day and you're standing pretty close to the (gras)runway.

Thanks for the info , can you see there also newer aircraft such as jets or only warbirds?

Lets say that this show is the French version of the Flying Legends at Duxford. The small airfield houses a museum (Jean-Baptiste Salis collection) wich is maintained and supported by lots of people. Their collection is very impressive: Morane 406, Ju-52, Bf-109G4 (original), several Yaks and lots of older stuff, most in flying condition. Apart from a Mirage 2000 demo and the Bretiling Jet team there were no modern types present. I missed them both because I left the field around 16.15 hrs.

Splendid day at Cerny airport last sunday, where the annual airshow was held. It appeared that weather on saturday must have been horrible ; never saw so mutch mud on a airfield ;D heard from several people that there had been lots of rain on saturday, and flying had seriously reduced luckly on sunday, the sun was at the rendez-vous Program was a bit less spectacular than last year, but still very good To bad the absolute star of the day ; the Curtis H-75 Hawk, was grounded at Duxford due to bad weather but there was more than enough to make you forget that like the Me 109-G, Spit XIX, Moranne 406, Lockheed 12, Junkers 52, Mustang and many more these and mutch more can be found here tfp.fotopic.net/c542493.html and here members.airliners.be/thumbnails.php?album=168&page=1 hope you like them i hope i can return next year, this is a great event @ Djamald, we must have been standing close to eatchother, as the angle of shots ( very nice ones by the way ) are very simmilar to mine not mutch Jet's indeed, but the presentation of the new Mirage 2000-7 made up a lot , and this is mainly a Oldtimers meeting anyway

Very impressive shots , what happened to the light bird? Small crash or just some crosswind? no, part off the show the pilot did several off these passes, very scary to see , making passes on one wheel and touching the rwy with one wing. one off the most impressive "acts" i saw over the years i go to airshows ;D

i saw some performences off "crazy flights" manny years ago (also by Cub's), consisting off apparently uncontrolled flights and touch' go's....... but never like this, with one wing scrubbing the rwy on every pass i think that, as long you do this on a grassfield, it's permitted to do so on airshows ; regulations in France c'ant be that different from Belgium
