If this goes on till july 20 , there would be no place for all those airplanes. But they can always park some planes in my garden. Indeed , this will be a very , very nice event ;D and I still have some place in my garden for some helicopters , they can fly me to KeeBee and spare me some hours of travelling

Don't worry the parallel is long enough (+3km) for all those airplanes

HOT news from baha.be :
"Due to the very tight programme prior to the phasing out, French Armée de l'Air - Saint Dizier Airbase cannot participate in the Static Display on 8 June. However, especially for the 10th Tactical Wing, and moreover for their really enthusiastic spotters, 2 Jaguars, including the decorated one, will perform a few approaches on 8 June in the afternoon. Bravo, les mecs !!"
Has anybody a photo of that special decorated one???

News from baha.be : The Polish Air Force Su-22 will be a "special paint" two-seater Su-22UM-3K. The machine will be accompanied by a logistical support An-26. The Romanian logistical support aircraft will (un)fortunately be two Antonov An-24/26 transports instead of the previously announced Lockheed C-130B Hercules. Arrival 18 July, departure 21 July. The Czech Air Force will now detach two MiG 21 single seaters instead of the announced two seaters. One of both aircraft will be the "special paint" machine. The two L-159 of the Czech Air Force will also bring an Antonov An-26 with them for the Spotters' Day. - This week, 10th Tactical Wing's Organizing Committee was mainly focussing on the 'Warming Up Photo Call' of next Wednesday. Czech L-159's together with MiG 21s and a French Mirage IV can be photographed in detail from great viewpoints during start up and take off. Right at the end and on the pretext of 'If a thing is worth doing, it's worth doing it well', we have a surprise in store: one more 'beautiful and respectful oldie'... Practical Arrangements: Access through KB’s Main Gate (Different from Oct 2004) as from 01:00 PM Parking on base - Bus shuttles after registration (10 Euro) End at 04:30 PM

He's right, and Keebee it's cheaper than RIAT... I remember that some years ago some organisator where thinking to have a continental sort of RIAT in NL at that time... maybe in the years to come KeeBee could be an alternative to RIAT ?? Anyway hope on july 20 weather will be with us, my car won't broke up like this morning ... and all have a great time there ;D

Hi Guys, Word has just reached us that the Royal Norwegian Air Force and the Bulgarian Air Force have cancelled their participation at the KB International Spotters'Day 2005. It's not all good news, unfortunately. However a new track is being explored in the direction of Canada... Wait and see. Daniel www.baha.be

Well the Warming-Up photocall was a nice warming up for the 20th July. Now we can focus us on the GREAT Spottersday.
Baha.be says : The French Armée de l'Air keeps supporting the 10th Tactical Wing's International Spotters'Day by sending one Mirage 2000N from 2/4 Lafayette based at Luxueil AB. Furthermore, 39 Squadron RAF based at Marham, will confirm its participation with a Canberra PR.9 when they return back to base in the first week of July. Fingers crossed.
