Today 10th Tactical Wing has received the final confirmation from l' Armée de l'Air - Mont de Marsan to send a Mirage IV to Kleine Brogel for the photoshoot on 8 June. A Czech MiG 21 & a French Mirage IVP, together at Kleine Brogel for the very last time in aviation history. Not to be missed!! After the ultimate F-104 appearance last year, KB did it again!! And proud we are!! Kleine-Brogel = Super Base

Hot news from the spottersday, unfortunaley a cancellation of Lithuanian AF.
* This week we received confirmation from the Luftwaffe for two Lechfeld based Tornado ECR's one of which will be in the special colour scheme. * The Armée de l'Air confirmed the presence at Kleine Brogel of two Alpha Jet E's from EAC 00.314 based at Tours.
* Coming back on last week's news, the Czech AF now confirmed participation of not one but two MiG 21's on the Warming Up Photo Call.
* Unfortunately this week has also less positive news in that the Lithuanian AF had to cancel its participation due to "very high activity".

HOT news! from baha.be Right at the end of this very short "Holiday" week final confirmation was received that the Polish Air Force will attend the Spotters' Day with not only a Su-22M, but also an An-26. Both aircraft will be presented in the static line-up. wow this will be a VERY good spottersday this year in 2005, let's hope that it will be nice weather on the 20th of July.

Maybe it's just me, but I honestly think that is terrific news. I was quite worried the SU would leave before the spottersday. Glad my concerns were unfounded

Hot news from baha.be (and what for news)
Another beautiful confirmation this week for KB's Operational Integration Exercise: The Romanian Air Force confirmed participation with 4 MiG 21 Lancer from Baza 86 Aeriana at Borcea-Fetesti and 1 C-130 from Baza 90 at Bucuresti-Otopeni. 2 Lancers will fly during the COMAO. Furthermore, for the 'warming photo call' on 8 June, several contacts have been made with French 'Armée de l'Air' - BA 113 at Saint-Dizier for one of the latest appearances of French Jaguars and to complete the Czech MiG 21 and Mirage IV flightline. To be continued in the upcoming weeks.
GREATTT!!!!! 4 MiG-21s at Spottersday Kleine-Brogel (2 are flying the COMAO and 2 in the static)

If this goes on till july 20 , there would be no place for all those airplanes. But they can always park some planes in my garden.
