You can find it on www.baha.beBUT there is also very nice news!!! On 8 June (just when 6x L-159 are on deployment in KB) there will be a photocall!! with MiG-21, because 2005 is the last year that Czechia fly's with this nice plane before the Gripen will fly's in Czech sky's, Kleine-Brogel will give the last oppurtunity to see this a/c in Belgium. More info (gates will open 1300-1700) : Warming up Photo Call for accredited media representatives
& aviation enthusiasts on Wednesday 8 June (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
The 10th Tactical Wing’s OCU (Operational Conversion Unit) is organizing a Squadron Exchange with Caslav AB, Czech Republic from 30 May to 10 June at Kleine Brogel.
At the same time the Czech Air Force will deploy 6 L159 ALCA’s to Kleine Brogel.
Furthermore, 2005 will be the last operational year of the aging Mig-21 Fishbeds as they will be replaced by 14 leased Saab Gripens.
After having had one of the last operational flights ever of an F-104 Starfighter in October 2004, 10th Tactical Wing once again is very proud to announce a more than probable appearance of 2 Mig-21s on Wednesday 8 June.

Kleine Brogel Spotters' day 2005 organisers have forwarded a request to the Egyptian authorities to have an Egyptian Air Force DHC-5 Buffalo participate or at least make a fly-by on 20 July. Being a frequent visitor of nearby Cologne/Bonn(Konrad Adenauer/Wahn) airport, this would require only a minor rerouting effort for the rare Buffalo.

Some hot news for the spottersday and Photocall
The RAF Typhoon participation has been cancelled but might be replaced by a RAF Jaguar. This could nicely fill in the empty space left by the fact that the Armée de l'Air has cancelled its Jaguar presence at the KB Spotters’ Day 05. - The Armée de l'Air has confirmed participation of a Mirage 2000C of 1/12 (Tiger Squadron based at Cambrai. The aircraft assigned to the KB Spotters' Day will be the "Tiger" aircraft. The Luftwaffe also confirmed that one of the Schleswig Tornados will be the "Tiger" camo aircraft. - Official confirmation is still pending, but as was a tradition with earlier KB Spotters' Days, a French Armée de l'Air Mirage IVP might attend the Warming Up Photo call on 08/06/05. As the Mirage IVP will be retired at the end of June this year, it might be a unique opportunity to see this huge Mirage for the very last time in flight. Let's cross fingers. ---

other HOT news * France: 6° RHC from Compiegne - French Army has been asked to send a PUMA to KB. - * Singapore: A-4 Skyhawks requested but participation very unlikely due to the tight schedule of their training programme. Cool news about the Polish SU-22, however, won't it be gone by the time of the spottersday?
