The C-S Civil Spotters mailing list no longer excists 
, this because they have too many members (+/- 3800) and the list became more a request list than an info list so the moderators decided to stop with it after 5 years 
The archives are still available at
groups.yahoo.com/group/civil-spotters but it's no longer possible to post a message.
